Morning Breaks

Buck stands at the graves before they are lowered , his farewell to them.

Morning Breaks,

I stand the new day’s light reaches out to me.

In the blink of an eye all is changed,

Once was there, now gone but surround in love.

I look up to the heavens above,

Thinking on the angel that is now the father’s dove.

Elegance, grace, earthly words found in the core,

None though coming close in truth of the heart & spirit that soared.

Blessed and humbled all gifted with her touch,

Thankful, honored, privileged in the meeting of such.

It’s said our loss is heaven’s gain,

Truly she is the greatest gift given it’s ordained

A wonderful wife, a loving mother,

A caring friend, an earthly angel gentleness of no other.
