Feedback: Please! But be kind. This is my first attempt at Mag 7 slash.
I've tried to remain true to the characters and the period, but I've only seen about half of the episodes, I'm not American, and I've never lived in the 'Old West' ;o) In addition, my medical knowledge consists of a first aid badge, which expired when I left the Girl Guides, many years ago.
I've hijacked Sue Necessary's wonderful characterization of 'Peso' from her story - In For A Peso, In For A Pound. (Thank you, Sue :o) I've taken the name 'Pony' for Chris's horse from somewhere too, though I can't remember where, so I hope no one minds.
Many thanks to my beta readers - Mady Bay and Kathy - whose combined talents have saved me from some embarrassing errors. (Such as the use of nautical terminology <blush>.)
