A. It's Russian, originally from Minsk, though the name has changed through
the years. It's pronounced Ka (as in "caviar")

A. He enjoys anything athletic - riding, shooting, camping, team sports
(lacrosse is his favorite), etc. He also enjoys writing, politics, and spending
time with his family.

A. Andy is a skilled rider, so he does as much as he can. Stunt doubles
are employed for all of the main actors.

early and as often as possible -- mucking stalls at an Arabian breeding farm
as a kid in exchange for riding time."
